TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision by the Contractor for the Ordering Party of the following services with regard to the Integrated Communications Subsystem of the Command Support System for the State Medical Rescue System, hereinafter referred to as “PZŁ SWD PRM”: 1) maintenance of the PZŁ SWD PRM together with the hardware infrastructure and provision of the post-warranty service, in accordance with point 6. “Maintenance Services for the PZŁ SWD PRM” of the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in order to ensure that the PZŁ SWD PRM meets the functional requirements specified in point 5 of the OPZ “Functional Requirements for the PZŁ SWD PRM” of the OPZ, 2) modification and reconfiguration of the PZŁ SWD PRM, in accordance with point 7. of the OPZ “Modification and Reconfiguration Services for the PZŁ SWD PRM” of the OPZ, together with the transfer of proprietary copyrights to the completed modifications and reconfigurations. 2.
