The subject of the contract is: “Maintenance of the technical operability of stationary icebreakers at the port of the hydrotechnical facility in Włocławek” A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the Description of the subject matter of the contract - constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, together with Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ (containing the draft provisions that will be introduced into the wording of the agreement) – hereinafter referred to as the Contract Template The subject of the contract includes: 1.
