TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the summer and winter maintenance of streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths, stairs, underpasses, parking bays and parking lots in the Ursynów District of the Capital City of Warsaw in the years 2026-2028 - complex A. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is defined by: - detailed description and technical standards for the execution of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1a to the Terms of Reference; - draft contract provisions constituting Annex No. 7a to the Terms of Reference; - price form constituting Annex No. 2a to the Terms of Reference; - lists of locations planned for summer and winter maintenance. The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of awarding a contract consisting of repeating similar services referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, with a total value of up to PLN 1,696,906.99 net.
