TENDER DESCRIPTION

1 The subject of the contract is the maintenance and ongoing servicing of water reservoirs within the area of operation of the River Catchment Board in Piotrków Trybunalski in 2027/2028 (mowing of growth/vegetation, monitoring and servicing, replenishing prohibition signs and information boards, removing blockages within the reservoir area, etc.) – divided into 9 parts. 1.1 A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annexes 1.1 to 1.9 (description of the subject matter of each part of the basic contract and the part envisaged under the option right) of the SWZ, and in Annexes 2.1 to 2.9 (tender price form for each part). 1.2 The contract awarded under the option right in each part will consist in repeating the same activities as those provided under the basic contract. 1.3 The Contractor is responsible for carrying out the works in accordance with the contract and the OPZ.
