The contract has a target start date for the assignment of November 2, 2026, with the target date for signing the Framework Agreement being October 20, 2026. The initial duration of the Framework Agreement is two (2) years, commencing on a date to be specified. The agreement can be extended two (2) times, each for a period of one (1) year, at the sole discretion of the Client, leading to a total contract duration not exceeding four (4) years. All listed dates are provisional, and the planning on TenderNed is definitive.

Key milestones include:

• A kick-off meeting after the signing of the Framework Agreement.
• An annual progress report submitted by the Contractor at least seven days before the performance evaluation.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the provision of high-quality hoisting and transport services to ensure the continuous primary operations of HHR, requiring reliable access to suitable hoisting and transport capacity throughout the contract period. This includes the deployment (rental) of hoisting and transport equipment, its operation, necessary auxiliary tools, road closures, and obtaining all required permits, approvals, and exemptions for the mounting, placing, removal, and relocation of HHR components and installations. Specialized transport of HHR machines or components to revision workshops is also part of the scope. The work activities are diverse in location, often ad hoc, and vary in complexity, ranging from simple hoisting tasks to specialized and precise deployment of equipment and personnel.

The statement of work summary outlines the following core deliverables and activities:

Hoisting Activities (examples):

• In- and out-hoisting of pumps, thrusters, electric motors, valves, and structural components during maintenance.
• Assistance with hoisting during the placement of temporary installations, revision work, and assembly/disassembly activities where hoisting equipment is essential.
• Hoisting and transporting materials too heavy for HHR's own equipment.

Transport Activities (examples):

• Transport of pumps, thrusters, electric motors, valves, and components to and from revision workshops.
• Transport between various HHR locations.
• Specialized transport of heavy or non-standard equipment.
• Loading and unloading of components and installations, encompassing both regular and exceptional transport.

Work Context:

• Work may occur in various settings, including standard hoisting operations, confined spaces requiring precise positioning, near water, with traffic management measures, and on operational installations.
• Work assignments can be "Unforeseen Corrective Assignments" (e.g., due to malfunctions or emergencies) or "Planned Assignments" (foreseeable and scheduled).
• The framework agreement has a duration of two years.

Exclusions from Scope:

• The realization of a physical work or new installation.
• The execution of integral projects where hoisting and transport are only a part of a broader assignment.
• Structural or planned maintenance work and/or long-term maintenance contracts where hoisting and transport services are a subordinate element.
