TENDER DESCRIPTION

HHR manages an extensive portfolio of water management objects, including pumping stations, weirs, and purification installations, spread over the management area. For the assembly, placement, removal, and relocation of parts and installations, lifting and transport services are regularly necessary. These activities take place at various locations within HHR's management area and often have an ad hoc nature. The priority levels of the activities (Prio 1, Prio 2, and Prio 3) are described in Annex 7 Process Description. The scope concerns the deployment (rental) of lifting and transport equipment including operation, aids, road closures, and obtaining permits, consents, and exemptions during the assembly, placement, removal, and relocation of parts and installations of HHR. Transport includes, among other things, specialist transport of HHR machines or parts to overhaul workshops. The activities vary in size and complexity and include both simple lifting operations and specialist and precise use of equipment and personnel.
