TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The contract covers the performance of construction works consisting in particular of the construction, renovation and paving of surfaces with concrete paving stones, together with preparatory works, earthworks, subbases, installation of kerbstones, edging stones, palisades, stairs, ramps, and other elements indicated for the individual parts. 2. The subject of the contract includes performing the detailed scope of works specified for each of the parts, together with preparatory works, demolition works, tidying/cleaning works and installation of kerbstones/edging stones. 3. The Contractor shall be obliged to carry out all works necessary to achieve a complete, correct technical and usable result, even if auxiliary activities have not been explicitly listed, but result from the design documentation, the principles of technical knowledge, the construction technology or provisions of law. 4. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the design documentation, the bills of quantities, the attached plot plan, the principles of technical knowledge, applicable legal provisions, standards and instructions of the manufacturers of the materials used. 5.
