The Bills of Quantities attached to the SWZ have an information and auxiliary character and may not constitute the sole basis for calculating the offer price. Due to the lump-sum nature of the contractual remuneration, the offered price should reflect the actual costs of performing the task resulting from the project documentation, the STWiORB, and the provisions of the SWZ and the contract template. The cost of transporting waste to the places where it will be used or disposed of, including the disposal costs, is borne by the Contractor.
