TENDER DESCRIPTION

Creation of a Day Care Home “Aktywny Senior” 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: Creation of a Day Care Home “Aktywny Senior”. 2. The subject of this contract is the performance of construction works related to adapting the building after the primary school located in the locality of Sadkowice 57, 27-320 Solec nad Wisłą, on plot No. cadastral/land register (ew.) 580. The construction works will include the ground floor of the building together with the boiler room and the adaptation of sanitary facilities, the building entrance for persons with disabilities. The works will include adapting existing rooms for: a vestibule, a reception, a computer room, a training/exercise room, a mini gym, a kitchen annex, a television room, a massage room, a conference room, sanitary facilities, cloakrooms, and technical rooms. The scope will also include refreshing the corridor, stairs, the boiler room including the replacement of the heat source, and constructing an access ramp for persons with disabilities.
