TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting in establishing and operating Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) within the city of Tychy and managing municipal waste received at PSZOK from property owners during the period from the date of signing the contract to 31 December 2028, including: a) establishment of PSZOK – from the date of signing the contract to 31 December 2026, b) operation and management of PSZOK – 24 months from 1 January 2027. 2. The scope of the contract includes, inter alia: 1) operating and managing three Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) located within the city of Tychy: 2) receiving municipal waste from owners of properties located within the city of Tychy delivered to PSZOK; 3) managing municipal waste received at PSZOK; 4) submitting reports on the performance of the contract. 4.
