TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is a service consisting of the establishment and operation of Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points in the city of Tychy and the management of municipal waste accepted at PSZOK from property owners from the date of signing the contract until 31 December 2028, including: a) establishment of PSZOK – from the date of signing the contract until 31 December 2026, b) start-up and operation of PSZOK – 24 months from 1 January 2027. 2. The scope of the contract includes, among others: 1) start-up and operation of three Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) located in the city of Tychy; 2) acceptance of municipal waste from property owners located in the city of Tychy delivered to PSZOK; 3) management of municipal waste accepted to PSZOK; 4) submission of reports on contract execution. 4.
