TENDER DESCRIPTION

Establishment and outfitting of a local social integration centre in the town of Jasieniec The planned investment involves the renovation and redevelopment of an existing club building located in the town of Jasieniec, in order to establish a Social Integration Centre. The substantive scope of the task includes the creation of a multi-purpose facility constituting a local social integration centre at ul. Czerska 7 in the town of Jasieniec, by renovating/modernising/adapting the existing degraded building which is owned by the municipality, used by the Gminny Sports Club KRASKA Jasieniec, located in that same town (plot no. 114/9), and adapting the facility to the needs of the local community. The substantive scope of the task will include, among other things, the following works to be carried out on the existing building intended for the social integration centre: renovation of the building façade, renovation of the roof covering, construction of flue ducts, replacement of external and internal doors, replacement of electrical equipment for part of the installations, replacement of part of the internal plaster together with anti-fungal treatment, laying of glazed tiles (glazura),…
