Creation of a social activation site in the town of Gorzędów in the municipality of Kamieńsk The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled "Creation of a social activation site in the town of Gorzędów in the municipality of Kamieńsk" together with geodetic services. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the project documentation (original and replacement projects covering all trades and the monitoring project) and in the STWiOR (Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works) constituting an attachment to this Procurement Terms of Reference (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia). The technical-executive project also lists equipment that will be the subject of a separate contract (supplies). In order to avoid any doubts, the Contracting Authority attaches a list of equipment that is not covered by this procedure.
