TENDER DESCRIPTION

Establishment of a Regional Centre for Diagnosis and Therapy of FAS/FASD – adaptation/renovation of premises. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of construction works involving the adaptation, renovation and internal finishing of premises intended for the establishment of a Regional Centre for Diagnosis and Therapy of FAS/FASD in the building of the Regional Social Policy Centre in Rzeszów. The scope of the contract includes the performance of adaptation and finishing works in the ground-floor part of the building (left wing), comprising an area of approx. 161.31 m². The subject matter of the contract in particular includes the performance of the following works: - preparatory, protective and demolition works, including dismantling existing equipment and finishing elements, - masonry and structural works, including construction of partition walls and necessary rebuilding, - execution of floor layers and floor finishes, including plastic floor coverings, - execution of plastering, smooth finishing, wall coverings and other wall finishing elements, - painting works and other finishing works, - supply and installation of door joinery and accompanying elements, -…
