TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a village community center in Brzustowo – STAGE I 1. The subject of the contract is the expansion, reconstruction and additional storey/attic build-up, together with a change in the use of a service building into a village community center building, along with the necessary technical infrastructure, as well as the construction of an above-ground LPG tank together with an internal and underground (buried) gas installation, and the construction of a tank for liquid waste/sewage. As part of Stage I, the expansion in an open raw (shell) state and the roof trusses structure together with “ready-to-use” roofing/finishing will be carried out. 2. The scope of works includes: 2.1. Earthworks (including removal of topsoil, excavations, removal/hauling of excavated material, backfilling of foundations and others). 2.2. Foundation works (including execution of a blinding layer of lean concrete, strip foundations and foundation footings, waterproofing damp-proof insulation). 2.3. Foundation walls (including construction of walls, cores/piers, waterproofing and thermal insulation). 2.4.
