TENDER DESCRIPTION
Construction of a village community centre in Osmólsko — stage for 2026 The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving the refurbishment of the roof and the extension of the building with a stairwell, as part of the construction of a village community centre building using elements of the existing building located in the town of Osmolin, on plot no. cadastral 176/2. The detailed scope of the works includes the design documentation and the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works. This documentation is attached to the SWZ and is available on the website of the ongoing procedure. The task is co-financed from the funds of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Local Government (Samorząd Województwa Mazowieckiego) under the support programme “Mazowsze for local integration centres 2026”
