TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Satakunta Education Consortium requests tenders for a new 4-axle truck equipped with an electric-powered container-lifting crane and a hook device, and for a 6-axle swap-body trailer. The procurement is carried out in accordance with the general terms and conditions for public procurement (JYSE). The tender price is presented as a price including VAT 0 %. The subject of the procurement is one (1) truck with the requirements specified in the request for tender. In addition, the contracting entity reserves the right to procure, as an option, one (1) trailer suitable for the truck. The trailer must meet the technical requirements defined in the request for tender. The tenderer must state the truck price and, separately, the price of the trailer to be procured as an option. The contracting entity decides on the use of the option by a separate decision. The use of the option is the contracting entity’s right, not an obligation. The option may be taken into use at the latest within 6 months of the signing of the procurement contract.
