TENDER DESCRIPTION

Satakunnan koulutuskuntayhtymä requests tenders for a new 4-axle lorry equipped with an electric-powered compact cargo handling crane and a hook device, and for a 6-axle swap-body trailer. The procurement will comply with the general contract terms for public procurement (JYSE). The tender price is presented as an incl. VAT 0% price. The subject of the procurement is one (1) lorry according to the requirements set out in the tender request. In addition, the contracting entity reserves the right to purchase, as an option, a trailer suitable for the one (1) lorry. The trailer must meet the technical requirements defined in the tender request. The tenderer must state the price of the lorry and, separately, the price of the trailer to be procured as an option. The contracting entity decides whether to use the option by a separate decision. Using the option is the right of the contracting entity, not an obligation. The option may be taken into use no later than 6 months after the signing of the procurement contract.
