TENDER DESCRIPTION

Satakunta Education Federation requests tenders for a new 4-axle truck equipped with an electric-powered piece goods handling crane and a hook device, and a 6-axle swap-body semi-trailer. The procurement is carried out in accordance with the general contract terms for public procurement (JYSE). The tender price shall be presented as a price excluding VAT at 0%. The subject of the procurement is one (1) truck with the requirements set out in the request for tender. The contracting authority additionally reserves the right to procure, as an option, a trailer suitable for one (1) truck. The trailer shall meet the technical requirements defined in the request for tender. The tenderer shall state the price of the truck and, separately, the price of the trailer to be procured as an option. The contracting authority decides on the use of the option by a separate decision. Use of the option is the contracting authority’s right, not an obligation. The option may be taken into use no later than 6 months after the signing of the procurement contract.
