TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Satakunta Joint Municipal Education Board requests tenders for a new 4-axle lorry equipped with an electric-powered piece goods crane and a hook attachment, and a 6-axle swap-body trailer. The procurement is subject to the general terms and conditions for public contracts (JYSE). The tender price shall be presented as a price excluding VAT (VAT 0%). The subject of the procurement is one (1) lorry with the requirements stated in the request for tenders. In addition, the contracting authority reserves the right to procure, as an option, a trailer suitable for one (1) lorry. The trailer must meet the technical requirements defined in the request for tenders. The tenderer shall state separately the price of the lorry and the price of the trailer procured as an option. The contracting authority decides on the use of the option by a separate decision. The use of the option is the contracting authority’s right, not an obligation. The option may be exercised no later than 6 months after the signing of the procurement contract.
