TENDER DESCRIPTION

The obligations under the contract include increasing the capacity for UV dosing at East and West Norsborg from 250 J/m2 to 400 J/m2 at design flow in order to ensure the required UV dose for a total of 6 units (of which 3 units are options), either by repositioning the existing units or by replacing them with new ones. Also included in the planned scope are options for service and spare parts. The obligations further include new associated control cabinets, replacement of electrical and control cabling between the units and the cabinets, adaptation of the piping system (DN 1000) and pipe supports for the units, test operation and commissioning, and dismantling of the existing UV equipment. The scope also includes an initial period for coordinated detailed design engineering and implementation planning with the contracting authority. An important prerequisite for the execution is that existing facilities need to be in operation.
