TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is the procurement of a UVC device for disinfecting premises for the needs of the General Hospital Pula in accordance with the bill of quantities—technical specification and the other requested requirements from this procurement documentation. The offer price includes delivery, assembly, installation, commissioning, and user training. The price covers all related costs, including the costs of preparation and manufacturing, transport to the place of delivery together with assembly, installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance within the warranty period, the costs of training the personnel of the Contracting Authority and the technical personnel of the Contracting Authority for maintaining the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, disposal of packaging and similar waste. Training of personnel is carried out by prior agreement with the Contracting Authority. The device must be supplied new, undamaged, unused, and ready for operation.
