TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the purpose of smooth, secure and lawful operation, the contracting authority requires a comprehensive information solution for managing document records, which will provide the following services and functionalities: renting/hosting and establishing an integrated system, including ensuring the operation and use of licenses (rental) for modules (main office, procurement, confirmation of received invoices, personnel records, e-archiving); data migration; integration, maintenance, technical and user support.
