TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this public contract is the upgrade of the existing version of the FAMA+ Silverlight system to the current version of the FAMA+ technology HTML5 MULTIWEB, including implementation of this upgrade, with new functionalities, and the provision of service support and maintenance of the FAMA+ information system (hereinafter also referred to as the “IS”), including HelpDesk services, Maintenance, incident resolution, and technical support and development, for the purposes of the Central Military Hospital – Military Faculty Hospital Prague, in accordance with the tender documentation and its annexes. The contract includes the supplier’s guarantee that the product will be maintained in an operationally capable state for at least 5 years from the implementation of the product.
