TENDER DESCRIPTION

The existing gas-insulated medium voltage switchgear (MV) of UW SEM is to be renewed due to age. The request is addressed to general planners for structural/technical construction services according to SIA 102/103/105/108. The aim here is to carry out a complete replacement of the system, including its control, based on the electrotechnical requirements. Additionally, a large part of the secondary technical equipment will be replaced. In particular, the substation control technology has reached the end of its service life. Due to the renewal of the electromechanical equipment and the overall condition of UW SEM, structural or technical construction measures must be implemented. This includes, among others: - Repair of the structural fabric and upgrading for new use - - Renewal of building technology (ventilation, climate control) - Renewal of building services equipment and electrical installations - Renewal of lighting systems including emergency lighting as well as cabling and cable trays. - Fire protection upgrades including structural fire protection
