TENDER DESCRIPTION

Development of an Operations BIM model for the Szabadság tér Headquarters Building of the MNB under heritage protection, on a net floor area of 23,000 m2. The objective to be achieved with the implementation of this public procurement is to create a complex, integrated BIM-based operations building information model for the MNB Headquarters Building, which ensures: - structured data management covering the building’s entire life cycle; - 3D visualised, digital operational support; - full integration with the ArchiFM system; - development of the BIM competencies of users and operations staff; - establishment of the data and document structure required for operations; - conversion of operational workflows to be BIM-compatible. Subsequent maintenance for 6 months and advisory services and process management. The procurement does not include an option. Further information is contained in the Public Procurement documents.
