TENDER DESCRIPTION
Development of an Operations BIM Model for the MNB Headquarters Building at Szabadság tér, which is under monument protection. On a gross floor area of 23,000 m2 net floor area. The purpose to be achieved through the implementation of this public procurement is to create a complex, integrated BIM-based operations building information model for the MNB Headquarters Building, which ensures: - structured data management covering the building’s entire life cycle; - 3D visualisation-based digital operational support; - full integration with the ArchiFM system; - development of BIM competencies of users and operations staff; - establishment of the data and document structure required for operations; - BIM-compatible transformation of operational workflows. Post-contract maintenance for 6 months and advisory services and process management. The procurement does not include an option. Further information is contained in the Public Procurement documents.
