The subject matter of this public contract is the complete procurement of all works, services and supplies related to the project “Residential Buildings 3 NP Urbanity Campus Tachov”, registration number 28200139. The activities will be carried out in accordance with the project documentation and the bill of quantities BD Urbanity prepared by the designer Ing. Radek Láznička, with its registered office at Lesní 392, Třebestovice, 289 12, ID No.: 74875531, ČKAIT 0012206, authorisation in the field of civil engineering construction; further details are set out in the project documentation (hereinafter referred to as “project documentation”). All characteristics, procedures, requirements and specifications are set out in the draft contract for works, which is Appendix No. 3 to this tender documentation, and in the project documentation which, together with the bill of quantities, is Appendix No. 4 to this tender documentation.
