TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns the regular elections and possible early elections held during the years 2027–2030. The regular elections are: Parliamentary elections 2027, election day 18.4.2027; municipal elections 2029, election day 15.4.2029; European Parliament elections, election day 10.6.2029; the first round of the presidential election, election day 27.1.2030; the possible second round of the presidential election, election day 10.2.2030. It should be noted that the second round of the presidential election (election day 10.2.2030) will take place if no candidate receives more than half of the votes cast in the first round (election day 27.1.2030). The occurrence of the second round will be confirmed by Tuesday 29.1.2030 at the latest, in practice however earlier. Arrangement and operational management of polling stations includes preparation, arrangement, supervision, dismantling, and finishing tasks at polling stations on election day, as well as the operational management responsible for these tasks.
