TENDER DESCRIPTION

Scope of services: Maintenance includes all services required to ensure safe, reliable and cost-effective operation of the lift/elevator systems. The elevator fitters/equipment installers used must have sufficient technical expertise and practical experience in the field of elevator technology and must be demonstrably qualified for the specific work to be performed. The work shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of - DIN EN 13015 - Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV) - Technical Rules for Operational Safety (TRBS 3121) - Manufacturer’s specifications - DGUV regulations (DGUV-Vorschriften). The contractor shall carry out preventive maintenance of the elevator system in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, the generally recognized rules of technology and the applicable legal regulations. All maintenance work shall be documented. Any defects identified shall be promptly communicated in writing to the client. All services listed in the bill of quantities (Leistungsverzeichnis) shall be carried out in the documentation.
