TENDER DESCRIPTION

Scope of services: The maintenance comprises all services required to ensure safe, reliable and economical operation of the lift systems. The lift fitters used must have sufficient technical expertise and practical experience in the field of lift technology and must be demonstrably qualified for the work to be carried out. The work is to be carried out in accordance with the requirements of - DIN EN 13015 - Ordinance on Industrial Safety (BetrSichV) - Technical Rules for Operational Safety (TRBS 3121) - Manufacturer’s information - DGUV regulations. The contractor shall carry out preventive maintenance of the lift system in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, the generally recognised rules of technology and the applicable statutory regulations. All maintenance work is to be documented. Any defects identified are to be notified to the contracting authority immediately in writing. All services listed in the bill of quantities/specification must be carried out in the documentation.
