TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service to be tendered includes hazardous waste management services as the following overall package: • receipt of the transport order • preparation of the transfer document required for transport • delivery of the containers and label stickers required for transport • labelling and packaging of hazardous waste at the collection point specified in the order • transport • recovery at a sorting facility / treatment at a final disposal site • invoicing specified by cost centre • reporting, quantity and quality monitoring • development of the service within the scope of the contract, taking into account what is stated in the waste and road transport regulations. The hazardous waste quantities for 2025 are listed in Appendix 1 (“Hazardous waste HY 2025”) of the tender request. Procurement quantities vary annually; the contract does not create any obligation for the contracting authority to order a specified quantity.
