TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service to be tendered includes hazardous waste management services as the following entity: • receipt of the transport order • preparation of the transfer document required for transport • delivery of the containers and labelling stickers needed for transport • marking and packaging of hazardous waste at the pick-up point specified in the order • transport • utilization at the sorting plant / treatment at the final disposal site • invoicing broken down by cost locations • reporting, quantity and quality monitoring • development of the service within the scope of the contract, taking into account what is stated in the waste and road transport regulations. The hazardous waste quantities for 2025 are listed in Appendix 1 to the request for tender (“Vaarajätteet HY 2025”). Procurement quantities vary annually; the contract does not create any obligation for the contracting authority to place orders for a specified minimum quantity.
