TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of Part 1 (Eastern Region) of the procurement procedure is the performance of maintenance and 24-hour on-call fault rectification services for the asset protection systems located at the sites of the bus business division of MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt. in the territory of Heves, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok, Nógrád, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, Hajdú-Bihar, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Bács-Kiskun, Békés and Csongrád-Csanád counties. The number of existing asset protection systems at the start of the procedure—these are the systems that form the subject of this contract—at the time the procurement procedure is launched is: 334 units. Detailed data concerning the asset protection systems (their location, manufacturer and quantities) are provided in the excel tables forming part of the Technical Description annex. The Contracting Authority places maintenance service orders (schedule) for asset protection systems in use during the given maintenance period, in groups every 3 months, for the asset protection systems listed in the Eszközlista.xls table.
