TENDER DESCRIPTION
2.1. The object of the procurement is medicinal products registered in the registers of medicinal products of the Republic of Lithuania or the Community, or listed in the list of parallel imported medicinal products (hereinafter – Goods). A medicinal product registered or unregistered in other registers is not considered an object of this procurement. Preliminary contracts for the supply of these Goods with suppliers whose bids are recognized as winning will be concluded according to the provisions of the preliminary contract draft provided in Part C of the procurement documents.
