TENDER DESCRIPTION

Services for connecting video surveillance cameras to the municipal video surveillance system, technical maintenance of the video surveillance system, and data transmission. More detailed information about the procured services and requirements are provided in the Technical Specification (Annex 2 of the tender conditions description). During the contract performance period, the quantities of the procured services are indicated in Annex 1 of the tender conditions description. The tenderer’s proposed price may not exceed EUR 45,200.00 including VAT (or EUR 37,355.37 excluding VAT, if the tenderer is not a VAT payer or the services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons whereby the contracting authority’s final amount payable to the tenderer will be without VAT). Any proposals exceeding this amount shall be considered unacceptable and shall be rejected.
