TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the apartment-specific fibre optic and cable TV system for housing companies, delivered to the property by utilizing the existing indoor network. The services include a fixed-price internet connection and a cable TV service (including at least the basic channels 1–21, Yle. Mtv, Nelonen, etc.) to the apartment. As an additional service, the provider may offer fixed-priced faster internet connections and cable TV channel packages, which the resident may, if they wish, subscribe to from the operator under an individual agreement. The procurement is carried out on a turnkey basis (“keys in hand”), whereby the supplier is responsible for the entire entity as the main contractor. The procurement concerns existing detached row house and apartment building structures. The number of properties is 31 properties, in accordance with Appendix 4 (List of Contracting Sites) to the request for tenders.
