TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a unit-specific fibre optic and cable TV system for housing company apartments, delivered to the property by making use of the existing internal network. As a service, the supplier will provide a fixed-price internet connection and cable TV service (including at least the basic channels 1-21, Yle. Mtv, Nelonen etc.) to the apartment. As an additional service, the supplier may offer fixed-priced faster internet connections and cable TV channel packages, which the resident may, if they wish, order from the operator under an individual contract. The procurement is carried out on a turnkey basis, whereby the supplier is responsible for the entire entity as the main contractor. The procurement concerns existing terraced house and apartment building structures. The number of properties is 31 properties in accordance with Appendix 4 (List of Sites) of the request for tender.
