TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the control, reception, screening, recovery and treatment of rubble and debris from the nine waste collection centers of SICTOM Nord Allier, amounting to approximately 4,500 tonnes per year. It defines the technical and organizational conditions related to waste evacuation, their routing to approved treatment or recovery channels, as well as the traceability of flows until their final destination. In the event that the sorting-treatment site is located more than 50 km from the registered office of SICTOM NORD ALLIER (03230 Chézy), the contractor will be required to propose a transfer station within 50 km and to take charge of transporting the waste to the treatment facilities. The contractor must ensure that the transfer station has all the appropriate equipment in sufficient number and must justify the means implemented in case of an operational incident. They must provide all the characteristics and technical elements of this facility and specify the actions taken to avoid any risk of wind dispersal.
