TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the control, reception, screening, recovery and treatment of rubble and spoil originating from the nine waste collection centers of SICTOM Nord Allier at a rate of approximately 4,500 tons per year. It defines the technical and organizational conditions relating to waste evacuation, their routing to approved treatment or recovery channels, as well as the traceability of flows up to their final destination. In the event that the sorting-treatment site is more than 50 km from the headquarters of SICTOM NORD ALLIER (03230 Chézy), the contractor will be required to propose a transfer station less than 50 km away and to take charge of transporting the waste to the treatment facilities. The contractor must ensure that the transfer station has all the appropriate material means, in sufficient number, and must justify the means implemented in case of an operating incident. They must provide all the characteristics and technical elements of this installation and indicate the actions implemented to prevent any risk of wind dispersal.
