TENDER DESCRIPTION

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject matter of the procurement is intermediation services for government invoices and procurement notices in accordance with what is specified in the request for tender and its appendices. The subject matter of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tender and its appendices, in particular Appendix 1 “Description of the subject matter of the procurement” and Appendices 1.1–1.6. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract shall be valid for a fixed term of five (5) years. The contract includes an option to extend the contract period for up to two (2) additional periods of up to two (2) years each. The terms relating to the contract period and termination of the contract are set out in more detail in the contract (see Appendix A, points 5 and 29 of the request for tender). SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT The scope of the procurement and the estimated volumes have been described in the request for tender and its appendices, in particular in Appendices 1, 1.1–1.7 and 5 of the request for tender.
