TENDER DESCRIPTION

SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT The subject matter of the procurement is intermediation services for government bills and procurement notices in accordance with what is specified in the request for tenders and its annexes. The subject matter of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its annexes, in particular in Annex 1 “Description of the subject matter of the procurement” and in Annexes 1.1–1.6. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract is valid for a fixed term of five (5) years. The contract includes the possibility to extend the contract period by up to two (2) option periods of up to two (2) years each. The terms concerning the contract period and termination of the contract are set out in more detail in the contract (see points 5 and 29 of Annex A to the request for tenders). SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT The scope of the procurement and the estimated volumes are described in the request for tenders and its annexes, in particular in Annexes 1, 1.1–1.7 and 5 of the request for tenders.
