TENDER DESCRIPTION
SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT The procurement subject is intermediation services for Finnish government invoices and procurement notices as defined in the tender request and its appendices. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the tender request and its appendices, in particular in Appendix 1 “Description of the subject of the procurement” and in Appendices 1.1–1.6. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract is valid for a fixed term of five (5) years. The contract includes an option to extend the contract term by up to two (2) option periods, each of up to two (2) years. The terms concerning the contract period and termination of the contract are set out in more detail in the contract (see tender request Appendix A, Sections 5 and 29). SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT The scope of the procurement and the estimated volumes are described in the tender request and its appendices, in particular in the tender request Appendices 1, 1.1–1.7 and 5.
