TENDER DESCRIPTION

SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT The subject matter of the procurement is intermediation services for government invoices and procurement notices as specified in the request for tenders and its appendices. The subject matter of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its appendices, in particular in Appendix 1 “Description of the subject matter of the procurement” and in Appendices 1.1–1.6. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract is valid for a fixed term of five (5) years. The contract includes the possibility to extend the contract period by at most two (2) option periods of no more than two (2) years each. The terms concerning the contract period and termination of the contract are set out in more detail in the contract (see points 5 and 29 of Appendix A to the request for tenders). SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT The scope of the procurement and the estimated volumes are described in the request for tenders and its appendices, in particular in the appendices to the request for tenders: 1, 1.1–1.7 and 5.
