TENDER DESCRIPTION

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject matter of this framework arrangement consists of leasing services intended for government agencies and institutions, organisations outside the state budget sector, universities and higher education institutions (including universities of applied sciences) and EU organisations. The services include leasing financing, an administration service intended for managing the leased assets to be financed, services related to the handling of leased assets that revert after the lease term, as well as the provision to customers of other separately ordered services. The subject matter of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices, in particular in Appendix 1 “Subject matter of the procurement and requirements”. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy shall have the right to extend the contract period by one (1) option period of up to two (2) years under the terms of the framework agreement.
