TENDER DESCRIPTION

SUBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject of this framework arrangement is leasing services for state authorities and institutions, organisations outside the state budget economy, universities and higher education institutions (including universities of applied sciences), and EU organisations, which include leasing financing, a management service intended for managing the leased assets to be financed, and services related to the handling of leased assets that revert after the lease term, as well as the provision of other separately ordered services to customers. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its annexes, in particular Annex 1 “Subject of the procurement and requirements”. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the contract period by one option period of up to two (2) years under the terms of the framework agreement.
