TENDER DESCRIPTION

PROCUREMENT OBJECT The subject of this framework agreement consists of leasing services aimed at state agencies and institutions, organizations outside the state budget, universities and polytechnics (including universities of applied sciences), as well as EU organizations. These leasing services include leasing financing, management services intended for the administration of the financed leasing objects, services related to the handling of leasing objects returned after the lease period, and other separately ordered services provided to clients. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its appendices, in particular appendix 1 "Subject of the procurement and requirements". CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Ltd. has the right to extend the contract period by one option period of up to two (2) years under the terms of the framework agreement.
