TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Procurement Office of North Karelia requests a tender for audio and sound services for the old couple dances of the upper secondary schools of Joensuu for 2027, and an option to extend the contract thereafter for an indefinite period. The old couple dances are held annually in February at the Joensuu Arena. Approximately 500 dancers and approximately 3,000 spectators will attend the event. The Joensuu Arena’s seating and field areas are shown in the arena floor plan attached to the tender documents. The nature of the event sets special requirements for the audio and sound system, as the music must be audible simultaneously and consistently both in the large dance area and in the seating areas. In addition, the spoken parts and announcements must be clearly audible throughout the entire event area. The tender is binding and must be prepared in the Finnish language. The procurement process is entirely in Finnish.
