TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Vantaa, together with Fintraffic, organises a tendering procedure as a joint procurement for a maintenance service for traffic signal equipment of signal-controlled junctions located in Vantaa and for traffic management equipment in road areas, to the extent specified in more detail in the procurement documents. The main tasks included in the maintenance service are fault call-out, fault monitoring, fault diagnosis and fault repairs, repairs of traffic damage, periodic inspection and maintenance rounds for devices, maintenance of traffic light documentation, and other expert tasks related to traffic lights. In addition, the Supplier’s responsibility includes maintaining a spare parts warehouse. Under the framework of the maintenance service, traffic signal and traffic management equipment modernisation works may be carried out. During the term of the contract, traffic signal junctions or traffic management equipment may be added to the scope of the service, or may be removed from it.
