TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a lump-sum contract based on a total price. The scope of the contract is the construction of municipal services for the Vapparintie roundabout in Parainen. The contract site is located in the town centre area of the City of Parainen, in immediate proximity to the roundabout at Saaristotie and Rantatie. The precise geographical location is shown in the construction plans. The contract includes, inter alia: - construction of the roundabout with connections to Vapparintie, for the extent shown in the plans between Saaristotie – Bläsnäsintie - upgrading of Vapparintie with connections, for the extent shown in the plans between Saaristotie – Ammattikoulunsuora - construction of the JK-PP connection with connections to the western side of the planning area, for the extent shown in the plans between Saaristotie – Ammattikoulunsuora - construction of water and sewer services (vj- and hv lines) to the extent shown in the site plan - construction of street lighting and roundabout lighting to the extent shown in the plans - landscaping structures to the extent shown in the plans - paving works and structures to the extent shown in the plans - the necessary temporary traffic…
